Fast and acurate
The company that was initially hired to dry up the water problem in our house insisted there could be no mold problem since the house was dry. However, I experienced strong enough symptoms to not be able to stay in the house. The insurance called in Randy for an assessment. He came asap, and determined that there was mold in a number of places, including the cabinets that had been torn out and left sitting in the kitchen. Randy coordinated with the insurance and took care of the work, I can breathe again. Bonus points for moving the appliances back into their place. They had been left in the middle of the dining room by the other guys.

"We recently hired Certified Indoor Air for a mold issue in our attic. We had our house on the market and we were shocked beyond belief that the inspector had found mold all over the sheeting in our attic. We were dumbfounded as we had replaced the roof with the new ridge vent only 10 years ago. Come to find out the venting was not installed correctly which was the cause. We didn't know where to turn as we had no experience with mold issues. Luckily, from a recommendation we hired Certified Indoor Air from Olympia, WA. Their knowledge and professionalism quickly put our minds at ease. Indoor air tests were taken to determine the type of mold and luckily it was a non-toxic type mold. "A couple weeks ago, my wife and I were in our downstairs bathroom measuring it for new vinyl. My wife noticed that the wall looked wet, and sure enough, I was able to put my finger right through the sheetrock. In a panic, I called my insurance company, and got a reference from my father to contact Certified Indoor Air, as his neighbor was very pleased with work CIA had done for them. While the insurance company was of no help, Randy from CIA was at my house that afternoon looking at the damage. The CIA crew was quick to respond, sealing off the room and removing the moldy sheetrock and ensuring that it was safe to stay in our house. The next morning, they were onsite to finish the cleanup, and coordinated with a plumber and a sheetrock specialist to repair the leaky pipe, and seal the wall back up. All the while both Dave and Randy were in constant contact with us, and made several trips by the house to make sure the projects was going according to plan."
