High Speed Drying

In events of major flooding, water-loss, and framing saturation, we offer a solution for large scale dryouts and evaporation. Our process involves the use of diesel indirect heaters, electric heaters and air movers to extract excess moisture on large structures. Our team will consult with the customer, grab initial moisture reading and determine the proper course of action to reach wood moisture content of less than 16% to prevent major mold growth, and possible wrought and decay.

  • If you are in the process of framing a home and the wood content gets saturated, we have you covered. We work with builders to assure structures are below a 16% moisture content before the structure is ready for insulation installment.

  • In the unfortunate event where a persistent leak or a water back-up occurs and it causes flooding and saturation, we use diesel indirect heaters for quick and efficient drying. Remember, mold can start to grow within 48 hours. It is important to act fast.

  • If your interior floods, there is concern for your crawl space. Our team will remove settled water, wet insulation, and use the necessary equipment for proper drying. Crawl spaces often grow mold the fastest due to the constant changes in temperature.

  • During the winter months, attics can tend to build up an excessive amount of moisture. We use electric heaters and air movers to evaporate and remove excess condensation on roof sheeting and trusses.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This process is utilized for major structural drying such as wet framing or large scale flooding. We use diesel indirect heater, air movers, and other equipment to quickly reach desired moisture reading to prevent future mold growth.

  • Building with wet framing is not recommended as moisture settles on studs, plates, and sheeting causing major mold growth.

  • Between the time the structure is dried-in with roof and windows and the time it is ready for insulation.
