  • Yes, estimates and consultations are free of charge if you are within 50 miles of the Olympia city-limits. If you are outside that 50 mile range, no worries– your out of area fee will act as a credit towards any accepted estimate.

  • If you see mold, you have mold. Though, sometimes it is not that simple. Your technician will ask more specific questions regarding your concerns. These basic questions alongside visual investigation in key areas, and Indoor Air Quality Testing will guide us to the source of your concerns and the proper remediation process. 

  • Your technician will know what mold remediation products and techniques to apply to the specific finished materials and will communicate what house-hold belongings are treatable.
